Sounds In Silence....

Sounds...in Silence...
Has any1 anytime noticed anything about the "Sounds" that are there is something called as "Silence". . .
There are soooo many things that Silence teaches us or it can be better put as conveys to us. . . Like for eg. when we are sitting alone, deep swimming in our thoughts that are most of the times in a whirlpool of Confusions, Conclusions, Explanations, etc etc where existance of Silence is no where to be seen. . Am I Rite ???
Here the basic point is to concentrate on urself 1st & to notice that "you" are in a turmoil of things that needs to be worked on, but because things are getting too hectic either at your work place or with your relations like Love, Family, Friends, Aquiantances... & so the mind is getting stressed or may be over worked day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute...
Such times one surely feels like being alone, spend some relax time to shed away that tiredness & and you can have a quality relaxation time..
I am sure everybody wud go through these above mentioned scenes in everyday life because things are changing with so much speed, that you never know when what may come infront of you..
So getting back to my Silence now :
When you get back to your room in the nite after finishing all your chores, go n Sit back on your chair or bed or floor wherever you feel like for sometime..It wont take much time im sure of that as it is my own experience. . .
Now Close your eyes, Stay calm, Take a deep Breathe n once you feel that you are set for the exploration, then try to see your whole day there.. Like Starting from morning till evening what all you did, where all you went, whom all you met, what all you spoke, how you reacted to small small things like attending a ph.call when you are too pre-occupied with your works n assignments n meetings...
Just try to see urself in the shoes of people around you in that situation n analyze the scene. . You will see that you could deal the hectic & argument filled situation with your Silence more than your Words easily. . There is a saying that well said : "Words are Pearls & Silence is Gold"..
Try Sitting quiet for sometime & spend some time for yourself & you will know know how much your body n mind needed that space of self time what you just gave it & what relief you got with it.. your body n mind slowly starts to get relaxed n rejuvenated with its energy levels starting to come back to its highs. .

Bit heavy but it is true that in the race of making heights in career n money there is no time left for yourself & your Silence that can help you save your energy levels n keep you rooted to grounds..
