I guess yes nobody else knew of it as well !! So dat was not an option for Shravya's friends or cosins to think about when it came to her topic. When he said that she was so thrilled and excited that she dint know how is she supposed to react now. So she ended up giving him a smile :) Shravya was trying to analyze whats happening around her. Madan was telling about some trip plan of his to these two who were actually busy exchanging messages and looks which he had not observed yet. She looked @ Nihaal after reading his message with a surprised look. He texted her - See again u doing this !! Pls dont give smiles like that to me, Madan might not like it. He was on his way back home when he had seen her standing in the bus stop, so he stopped by to say hello to the old school friend. He could not resist not talking to her after so long, and not listening to her sweet voice again which he had liked right from the 1st day he had entered this school. Little did they both know @ that time about what they were getting into, what did the future have in store for them. It had all started as a casual talk and some hi bye smiles and winks .. She was in her B.Sc  2nd year, and he was her friends friend .!! Her name as sweet as her - Shravya . A fun filled girl, who made people laugh and forget their tensions easily in any situation and was always there for help whenever required. It was as easy as breathing for her to make friends with anybody and everybody. In short - she was fun-to-be-with anytime and all the time. ಇಂದು ಮಹಾ ಶಿವರಾತ್ರಿ !! ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಪುನಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು, ಓಂ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯದ ಜಾಪಗಳು, ಭಜನೆಗಳು !! ತುಂಬಾ ಪುಣ್ಯ ದಿನ. ಇಂದು ಉಪವಾಸ ವ್ರತ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ವರುಷ ವ್ರತ ಮಾಡಿದಷ್ಟು ಪುಣ್ಯವಂತೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕಂದಿನಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿದ ಕಥೆಗಳು ಸುಮಾರು, ಗುರು ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಾ ಅದೇನು ಕಥೆಗಳು - ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಥರಾ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಭಾವನೆ ಬರುವುದು. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಬೇರೆ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯುವಂತ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಉಳ್ಳ ಕಥೆಗಳು ಅವು :)) ಪುರಾಣಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅನೇಕ ಕಥೆಗಳು ಶಿವರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕಥೆ 1 - ಒಂದು ಸರ್ತಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷ್ಣುವಿನ ನಡುವೆ ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ನಡೆಯಿತು -  ಯಾರು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ದೇವರು ಎಂದು.!! ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರ ಜಗಳ ನೋಡಿ ಭಯಭೀತರಾದ ಬಾಕಿ ದೇವತೆಗಳು ಈಶ್ವರನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬೇಡಿದರು ದೇವ ನೀನೆ ಈ ಜಗಳವನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸೆಂದು. ಆಗ ಈಶ್ವರನು ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ತಪ್ಪಿನ ಅರಿವು ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ಅಗ್ನಿ ಲಿಂಗದ ರೂಪ ತಾಲಿದನು. ಅದರ ತುದಿಯನ್ನು (ಒರಿಜಿನ್) ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಾನೇ ಅಧಿಕ ಅರ್ಹನೆಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನು "ಹಂಸ" ರೂಪ ತಾಳಿ ಆಕಾಶದತ್ತ ಹಾರಿದನು. ವಿಷ್ಣು " ವರಾಹ"  ರೂಪ ತಾಳಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ...

Y marriage.?? Now that's an InteResting Q'n right !! Hmm -  It is a lifetime Commitment based on Trust, Respect for each other, Love, Liking, Care, etc etc .. is what we get to hear from people who are either in love or from people who are married. That is also correct in a way. Aha ! Good to hear. By the way - An age to get married is very crucial in ones life (like a milestone) !!  :) :P But  s.o.m.e.t.i.m.e.s  - I really wonder - Y marriage ??  Thinking aloud on this I happened to get into a conversation with one of my cosin, but still we couldn't get a proper answer to the question though we spent some 40-45 min of the ISD call on this :)  (call was incoming, so I had no problem with the time hehehe.).!! Ok, so keeping aside the call charges n the duration of the call :P This is how it went - He had asked me a q'n similar to the one that I had had in my mind from a long time...

My daily pick up for office was @ 6.40 am and the cab used to come by 6.35 am. I had to get up by 5.30 to get ready & also help my mom in kitchen. Being a Suryavamshi, I did not like waking up so early, but slowly I had started liking the morning walks to the bus stop. Fresh air, cold breeze, people jogging and walking (inspiring). I realized that  I had started looking forward for my pick up and getting up that early morning wasn't hell anymore. And to add to this, my commute to office had become nicer. Why?  Because I had made a new friend on the way to my office. ಅದೆಷ್ಟೋ ಸರ್ತಿ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಉಂಟು ಬ್ಲಾಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬರೆಯ ಬೇಕೆಂದು, ಆದರೆ ಅದೇನೋ ತಳಮಲಾ ಅದೇನೋ ಗೊಂದಲ ಅದೇನೇನೋ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು - ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಏನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಸರಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದೆ ಏನಿರಬಹುದು ಇ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ವಿಚಲಿತ ಭಾವದ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ? ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಏರು ಪೇರುಗಳು ಒಂದು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಅವನ ಜೀವನ ಪುಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಿರುವಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಆಗಿನ ನನಗೂ ಈವಾಗಿನ ನನಗು ಎಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಅಂತ.!! ಜೀವನದ ರೀತಿ ನೀತಿಗಳು ಬಲು ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ. ನಾವು ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಒಂದು ಆಗುವುದು ಒಂದು. ಇದು ಸ್ವಂತ ಅನುಭವದ ಮಾತು. "ಆಗುವುದೆಲ್ಲ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಕ್ಕೆ" ಅನ್ನೋ ಅನುಭವದ ಮಾತು. :) ಅಲ್ಲವೇ ಮತ್ತೆ !! ನಮ್ಮ ಹುಟ್ಟು, ಬಾಲ್ಯ, ಯೌವನ, ಮುಪ್ಪು ಹೀಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಹಂತಗಳು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗು ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟೊಂದು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಇವೆ ಕಲಿಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ. ಹೊಸ ದಿನ, ಹೊಸ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಹೊಸ ಜನರ ಪರಿಚಯ, ಹೊಸ ಅನುಭವಗಳು ಹೀಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸಲಿಕ್ಕೆ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ಯೋಚಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅನಿಸುವುದು ಜೀವನ ಎಷ್ಟು ಚಿಕ್ಕದು. ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನು ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಇದೆ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ. ಈ ಜಿಗಿ ಜಿಗಿಯ ದಿನಗಳ...
